[NanoTime] Fatal error when I launch NT 1012, but 1006-sp3 can work. Why ?

As the title, my OS is REHL Enterprise 5, cpu arch = amd64, when I launch nt_shell (Ver.1012), it is terminated immediately following some words "Fatal: system internal error.....". Since no more useful info can be used for debug, seems no way to resolve it. However, Ver.1006-sp3 can work on this platform. Does anybody know about this case? Thanks.
