nand flash for microcontroller

Hi guys,

Has any of you have any experience in working with nand flash memory. I mean not the SD cards or anyother memory cards but the nand flash memory chips made by samsung, st or micron?

Any appnotes besides the ones provided by the manufactures would be helpfull.
