Indeed programming NAND is a whole new ball game due to the bad-block handlng mechanisms and formatting the image data file correctly.

I have used JTAG Technologies ProVision software a bit and this can handle it but you need some high-end hardware to perform this task and the software isn't cheap either (compared to the web utilities). TBH it's intended for production priogramming mainly.

With some work and studying data-sheets you could probably using the Python scripting module from JTAGLIve but only if you have the time to invest.
