Hello there,
I open TCM up. And I can see mushroom-shaped diode / dia about 4-5 mm and 2-3 mm tall/ installed on PCB....
Any idea how called this case type?

What makes you think it's a diode? Maybe it's a mushroom?

Many years ago, there were JAN-rated metal cased diodes..........but that was long time ago, like in the late 60s.

Is this TCM for Traditional Chinese Medicine? or Traction Control Motor? or??

Is it ceramic or metal?
Like a coin cell or button battery??

Almost looks like an CN semi part.

P/N looks like OEM custom and case for high temp automotive use.

Hadn't seen a metal package semiconductor in decades. Definitively a custom part.

The number does not appear as a valid number. Additionally, all the AEC-listed, catalog devices are plastic packaged

Hey it looks like a SMT version of the old TO-18 cans! Very neat.

A - about twice shorter ....
and just one "leg" .... but dia about 2.5 mm
