Hi

I am working on ATmega2560. In ic I saw that there are more then one Vcc and Ground pin is available. Is it necessory to provide power to all Vcc and same for Ground pin ?

Thanks

Typically, yes.

In fact many devices may not function properly without attaching all Vdd and Vss to their appropriate connections. Also, be aware this typically includes AVdd and AVss, power to the Analog to Digital Conversion module of the device, check the devices specific datasheet.
