I am looking for the PCB multimeter female socket shown in the following picture , Does anybody know it's name or where could it be purchased from?
Also similar sockets recommendations are absolutely welcomed!

It looks like the common banana plug and jack. The jack attaches by tightening the nut onto the bolt.
However on a meter there may be an extra guard around the plug to prevent shock. Hence the jack needs to be a hollow tube.
To make a substitute for the tubes, I'd dig up a telescoping antenna, extract the tube with the matching diameter, and cut it into segments.

I kind of suspect those jacks are just nickel plated
brass tubing of proper ID, cut to length.
