hi
I want to work on a PCB for OMAP3530 dsps at 450mhz, i am not familiar with the tips i should be aware of in designing boards at such frequency speeds, were should i start, which CAD software is suitable,...
any help would be appreciated

Have a look at this thread its got some good links, and is discussing the signal return current which at 450mHz will be of major concern for your design.

I will try and find other high speed links later, though I think it would be a good idea to have a stick thread where we can all collectively place our high speed links.
There are also a couple of threads on DDR memory where a lot of high speed design criteria is discussed.
