astsetmultivtmode

anybody is there who worked in multi vt low power technique in Astro (or any other tool)? i want to know how to do this?
 

during power optimization, pc can do multi-vt swap

In Astro i found 3 commands:

astLoadMultiVtConfig
astShowMultiVtUsage
astSetMultiVtMode

I could not find help files related to these in tool as well as Solvnet. How i can use thse commands?
