Multi servo control using PIC16F877A with 16MHz Crystal

hi,
I'm using seperate adaptor(5V 3A).Today I had faced one problem,When ever i keep my hands near the PIC board Its getting halt,If I removed the hand its working properly.I have another Question too,I'm Using VS11 Servomotors,In that spec docu thaey said the current rate is 0.25A now I'm using 3A power for Servo and I'm using 11 servos is that im using enough power or not.Because when i connect the all 11 servos with PIC its not working well.Please guide me.
