My mtech project is "soft computational approaches for tertiary protein structure prediction using digital image processing".I have collected some images of protein structure from protein data bank.I need to apply image processing techniques in those images so that I can find out the percentage of alpha helix components,beta sheet components and coil components.But I am quite confuse regarding how to do that.I need some help regarding how should I proceed next in my work.Can anyone help me.
