MPET Series Capacitor - how to check value and voltage?

MPET Series Capacitor

I found some capacitor marked as MPET-8F D104K2J, MPET D153K2J & also MPET-8H D104K2J.

How to check the value & voltage rating for these capacitors.
Where should I get these capacitors.

I attached a sheet from Deki catalog that conveys the marking code and the corresponding explnatation.
