Hello all
I would like to design a LNA in ADS with below values:
VDD<1 v
4GHz<f0<7GHz
3GHz<BW<5GHz
IIP3>10dbm
Pdc<10mw
s11<-15db
s12<-30db
s21>15db
s22<-10db

I wana use the circuit that I have attached. but I don't know how to choose the model of transistors.

also I would be very thankful if anybody could help me with providing tutorial PDFs for determining the W/L and the values of L .

If you're talking compact model, I doubt any will fully satisfy. The
lack of close-in inductance features matters at these frequenciese ,
distributed gate resistance as well. I have seen the modeling dudes
stick with subcircuit approaches for these reasons (and maybe
others, but what I see in the subcircuits is added Ls and Rs with
elaborate L, W, m dependence math.

Your best bet is probably the foundry models if you are at an
RF-interested (to the point of applying actual effort) foundry.
If you're looking for cheap and a digital foundry flow, you are
pretty much on your own.

You should always look to the foundry first (if this is only an
exercise, pick one who looks to have succeeded, still, and try
to get access to the PDK for a capable flow).

Thanks for answering
Actually it's a university home work, and because I have never worked with ADS I have some problems with that.
I don't know which transistor would reach me to the objectives(which I mentioned above).
and also I would like to know about the approaches you design these kinds of circuit(how to determine W/L of transistors).(if it is possible, please introduce a book or tutorials)
