Re: Spectrum Analysis of sinusoidal signal
My full circuit to be designed is a pipeline ADC with 10 bits resolution. It is accepting a single ended input from ideal sinusoidal source, followed by a single_ended-to-differential converter, which is fed to ADC. I am required to measure the ENOB at the output of ADC, at the output of single-to-differential converter and at the input (ideal sinusoidal source). I wanted to know the equivalent ENOB of the ideal source, which is used to feed the entire circuit. So I tested it alone with a resistive load. But it shows only 7.71. Is there any special settings required to do the analysis ? Please help me..
