I need to design a signal conditioning circuit using a RTD and an instrumentation amplifier (Combination of 3 IC-741 op-amps).

I have attached the circuit diagram.
I need to know what values of the resistances will be needed. Also I need to know how to calibrate the bridge network.
Please reply ASAP

I need to drive from some city to some other city. How fast should I drive? How long will it take me to get there? What color should my car be?

In other words, you don't give enough information. In fact, you don't give ANY information!!!

What are the characteristics of your RTD?
What is your temperature range?
What is your reference voltage?
What is your display?
