[Moved]: showing error log file too large in silvaco tcad atlas

plz help me on silvaco tcad every time i am simulating structure of photodiode ,its showing following error.
ERROR : Cannot read file 'mymulti01_2.log' : Result too large.
ERROR : Initialization has not been performed.

i tried by reducing mesh size to 1

x.mesh loc=0.00 spac=0.25
x.mesh loc=1.0 spac=0.25
#
y.mesh loc=0.00 spac=0.1
y.mesh loc=0.20 spac=0.1
y.mesh loc=0.60 spac=0.1
y.mesh loc=2.0 spac=0.1
y.mesh loc=6.50 spac=0.1
