hi dear all
i am doing my researche on ASIC design and i need saed-90nm librarye files.l have some of them but i dont have .lef and .lib and .v files. my some one help me pleas and upload all or some of this 3 files for me?

Have you tried to register with synopsys and download from them? This library is free. As to what files you will get, remember that this library is meant for Synopsys tools which prefer other file formats.
