I don't know why my Microsoft word document often appear some problems, when I opened it,it will be make my computer crash?So I must to close my computer and restart again.

Do you maybe have Eset Anti Virus software installed on that PC with Office protection enabled?

Yes,just only with Microsoft Word.

I used to process the antivirus with my computer every day, it does not have any problems,I think it is OK.

You probably have 4 version of Eset.

Remove Eset and Office will work, reinstall Eset or install Eset 5.

Uninstall office and remove all remaining files and registry items using a software such as Revo Uninstaller. Then reinstall Office and try again.

Up today I have over 100 cases with this.
