Hi,

anyone interested in designing a programmable IO-board or point me in the right direction who to contact for a low volume design and pcb service? Only hardware, no firmware.

Description:

8-input / 8-output programmable IO-board.
Inputs: 8 Inputs w/jumpers for mode selection: Voltage-/Switch-input (3-30VDC) - LED Status
Outputs: 8 Outputs with 1A relays (NO - C - NC) - LED Status
Power: 7-15VDC (
Logic: AVR ATTINY441 @ 16MHz + Suitable shiftregister for Inputs/Outputs
Other: I2C+Power headers for daisy-chaining boards, ISP programming header
Size: As small as possible
Other: Skrew terminals, 3.2mm mouting hole in each corner of the board.

See attached image for rough idea.

24/7 operation, components must be high quality.

hi stigchristian,

i think a board with 8 relays, maybe for hi voltage(?), results in anything else than a board "as small as possible". You will be disappointed by reality.
