[Moved] LG 21 inches problem

You must give us more information, such as what is the exact model number. LG make many 21 inch models, some LCD, some CRT and maybe even plasma, they are all completely different to each other.
From your description, I'm going to guess it's a CRT model and the fault is that you have no vertical deflection signal. Without more details I can't help more.

Yes, it doesn't hurt to say what model no. etc and some more details would be nice.
