JOB TITLE: HR Manager
JOB CODE: CVC_1011
Qualification: Preferably MBA (HR)/MBA

Will provide human resources expertise in employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, training, and more.
* Strong program and process knowledge in HR functional areas such as staffing, compensation, benefits, and succession planning/development
* Will work closely with employees on people- related issues.
* Ability to manage and respond to employee relations issues as needed
* Creative problem solving and strategic thinking skills with strong business acumen
* Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements
* Must be proficient using software applications including Word, Excel, and Power point.
* Performance, Compensation and Retention Management.
* Employee Engagement and Communication. Promote a positive work environment within key client groups.
* Formulating effective Human Resource strategies as per the corporate strategic plans
