Hi

I have a ic that has 10 pins..it's look like a transformer...it has a brand like this: "el.tra"....and a under the brand has written :" E 25/ 1999 " ..if everyone knwos about this please help me...thanks

unfortunately I mark last post "solved" by a mistake...and i can't correct it
