Hi,

Can any body suggest any PCB manufactures (mainly from china or europe) who can produce HDI PCBs with trace widths as small as 3.2mil and with microvias.

Hi,We are a high complex HDI pcb manufacturer(1-5 levels of micro-vias) with min trace width as small as 2 mil,If you have any high complex HDI jobs,welcome to contact me(Mark.wang@veipole.com)
