Hi All,

I want to study about semiconductor devices (like MOSFETs, BJTs) analysis using finite element method (FEM).

Please suggest some books or articles.

Thanks in advance.

Re: FEM analysis for semiconductors devices

You're talking about TCAD and you might look at the web
pages of companies like Silvaco who make those tools,
you'll find app notes and papers which should lead you
as far as you care to go.

Re: FEM analysis for semiconductors devices

Thanks Freebird for your advice.

But I'm more interested towards the partial differential equations that are used while doing finite element analysis. But in Silvaco type tools they just provide the normal equations.

Please suggest where partial equations are used for semiconductor devices analysis.
