$149 to all countries for 4 layer PCB.

Shipping cost included, by DHL or EMS(Aramex for Middle East).

Time:From Autumn 15th. to X’mas.

Remarks: FR4, board thickness below 1.8mm; 1OZ copper thickness, HASL.
