[MOVED] .ASM to hex file coversion

hi

I am using P89v51RD2 NXP's microcontroller IC. and also for assembly language programming I use Keil uVision4 simulator.

Problem is, the .hex file which is generate in Keil uVision4 is not work in above mentioned IC ,so I want any simulator software to convert assembly language program to hex file..and give solution for it...
