hi experts

In my project , the requirements motor are ,which has forward reverse and one more thing vibration facility(12V,10 kg load). This project is mean by shaker (bio medical )

Would need more of a description to give a better answer.

Depending on the strength and frequency of the vibration you could get away with a simple unbalanced motor. You can even make one by taking a DC fan and cutting some of the blades off of it to give it a weight imbalance and mount that to the object to be shaken. But for the most part any type of shaker will be the same type of system (motor with an unbalanced weight on the spindle).
