MOSFETs unexpectantly hot!!!

Hi all

u have to drive the gate with a 10v between the source and the gate .
i.e. the gate must be higher than the source , to avoid the negaive temp coifficient .

also , u have to take in your account the source of the high side mosfet while it will be floating .

i think u have to use a mosfet driver .
