Mosfet reverse voltage protection

I'm searcing for Mosfet to use as reverse voltage protection, without extra components, the voltage is of 12volts and the maximum current is of 7amps.

I have found the FQPF47P06 and I'm concerned about the value of Gate-Source voltage, in the datasheet it is only mentioned in the Absolute maximum ratings part, and the value is of +-24volts, so will it handle the 12volts reverse voltage ?

Any sugestions for other models ?

If I want a Mosfet for 24volts reverse voltage protection withou adding extra componentes, wich value should I use for Gate-Source voltage?
