MOSFET physical parameters

Hi! I need your help please. I'm working on an university project, anyone knows an example of a MOSFET structure complete of every physical parameters? I need this for trying to simulate this structure with Sentaurus.

Hi,
thanks for your help, but I think I explained poorly or not be as familiar with Sentaurus.
I need the thickness of all layers of a MOSFET and a vertical section to which to refer.

Thank you dgnani,
this is just the kind of information I need, but maybe a very simple process is better. For example a process flow of a single mosfet/bjt would be ideal (i ll'try to realize a PIN-MOSFET, but without significant results).
