Mosfet Halfbridge Driver IC

Do any one know the existence of a High side P & low side N channel half bridge driver IC similar to ir211XX series for N channel half bridge...

Ive searched a lot.. n could find anything..Dont they exist?? Is there any difficulty in their use why are they not popular?

IR2110 and IR2113 are both high/low side mosfet drivers which work using bootstrapping used with two N mosfet.

edit: ignore the above answer, what you are looking for is TC4426/4427/4428 which are Nmosfet/Pmosfet drivers
Also TC4421/4422 can do the same.
