MOSFET H-BRIDGE zener diodes

I am using MOSFET H-BRIDGE to control the motor. Motor voltage is 9V MAX. To
fight EMF I'll have to use Zener catch diodes.

I am not sure which diode to use... what kind of ratings are important here?

Forget about Zener, just diodes ..
