I would like to practically implement a PWM SMPS with switching speed higher than 1MHz for EMC study purpose.
Can anyone help me to find proper mosfet and or IGBT for this purpose.
 

It is a nice paper, surely I will read it. However I search for commercial available mosfets. Let me know, if you have datasheet about this mosfets.
