MOSFET drivers

Hey there...

I'm currently working on a pure sine wave power inverter. The worst part is getting
the FET drivers for the full-bridge output stage to work properly. I'm currently trying
out the IR21xx range of drivers. Surely there has to something that requires fewer
external components?

I've heard rumours about a N channel half-bridge driver that already contains the
necessary components for the bootstrap circuit... Does anyone know if there actually
are any IC's like this?

Re: MOSFET drivers

you can use HIP4081/4082
They will work up to 100v bus voltage
IR2110/2112 will be good for most applaications
how ever you need to use 2nos each.
