Hello .It's me again. I have some question i need to solve.
Several days ago i wrote topic about replacment of the damaged mosfet.
Gpu has:
MDU2657 (61,7A , 7.5mOhm)
MDU2654 (100A , 3.2mOhm)
Few days ago i have got new (different) mosfets MDU1511 (100A , 2.4mOhm) from Magnachip.
All components are working with chil chl8266 voltage controller
--------------------
When i was looking on pcb i can see one constant . It looks like each phase consist of 2x MDU2654 and one MDU2657 + 1 mosfet driver
As i read VRM are controlled with PWM.
What can happen if i will put 3x 100A tansistor instead 2x100 + 1x61,7 ?
--------------------
@edit i found that mosfet driver it's CHILL 8510 mosfet driver. **broken link removed**
