MOSFET Control at 50Hz

Hello,there I am repairing a DC-AC Converter of some 750VA which was using IGBT and Driver T250,I replaced those IGBT With MOSFET and the drivers also has had the problems so I replaced with BJT transistors but the system is not working because those MOSFET are not sensing the control signal;what can I do??
