Could any1 have an article or good link regarding " SILICON CARBIDE". The what so called DREAM diode and MOSFET!!!

This is a good components, especially for smps..

They have both SiC diodes (for SMPS,etc.) and SiC MESFET(for RF power).
I have not used them, though. I was just curious about their products.
