There are no direct methods for these.
1. Connect in RC filter fashion and apply an ac voltage source and find the cutoff frequency of the circuit. Do a parametric run on the dc bias of the ac voltage source. This gives you the C vs V.
Or else pump a dc current in to the moscap and run a transient. You can integrate the output voltage around small regions to get the C vs V., but accuracy depends on how small regions you divide in to.
2. Have a ac current source to the MOSCAP with dc bias provided by a voltage source through a very large inductor (1H). The imag part of the voltage to the real part of it will give you the Q. Again parametric simulation can give you Q vs V
