Hello

in mentergraphic Eldo simulator there is an option where it can show you the status of the each MOS transistor in the circuit whether if work in strong or weak inversion or triode. this indication is done by the software and no need to do a manual simulation.

looking for your kind relies :)

Don't mix up operation modes (strong/moderate/weak inversion) and operation ranges (triode/saturation)!

Eldo runs a (latent) DC analysis for this purpose.

Hello erikl, thank you for reply

you are right, I need the operation modes, I am getting these options from the D.C analyses but I dont know where I can find ( latent )

some one told I can use (monitor) but I dont know how to find it also

From DC analyses you usually get the operation ranges: off / triode / vdsat / saturation.

The operation modes can easily be calculated from current and W/L ratio. If your transistor lengths are ≦1µm, all your transistors in both circuits operate in weak inversion mode (IC≦0.1) - 0.18µm process assumed.

some one told I can use (monitor) but I dont know how to find it
Use Eldo's onLine help or the documents which come with the software!
