can help me with ac analysis, need to know equivalent circuit and vo1 and vo2 equations if apply one vin or both vin's (vi2=0 in ac)

Pls refer to Razavi's book for the small signal understanding of your circuit if you are starter. The book will give you a clear understanding on basic differential amplifier small signal analysis.

you can also read grey meyers book as well as book by ken martin or allen holberg...any good book on analog circuit design would explain this circuit in detail....though best material is in grey-meyers book...
