Hello
If there is no problem could you tell me the defined part of monte carlo(Yellow section) in pspice settings?what does it do?

This is not required for monte carlo analysis.
This is needed in worst case (.wcase) analysis, which tries to simulate worst case condition by varying the variable.
HI, LO just tell the simulator which direction to go wrt nominal value.
