I tried to do a simple monte carlo simulation using cadence virtuoso using TSMC 180nm models, I was successful with the process simulation in the Montecarlo but when I tried mismatch it was showing the same results as of tt. Is there any option I need to turn on to do mismatch alone? I have attached the circuit and the options I selected to do the mismatch take a look.

You need to use the "_mis" devices in this process to simulate mismatch.

You need to use the "_mis" devices in this process to simulate mismatch.

So you are saying that,in TSMC PDK we have two types of devices and when we design we should use the one with mismatch feature, Or to use the model files with mismatch property which is missing in the model file which I showed in the picture.
