Hi guys

how can I do the Monte Carlo analaysis to study the temprature variation and the transistors mismatch in my op amp. I am using Tanner tools (T-spice) _ editing mode_

Thanks in advance

You can do basic Monte Carlo analysis if you have gauss()
and track() functions. I don't know TSpice specifically.

If you do not have these random / correlation functions,
then the next layer would be to use a scripting language
that does, to generate your netlist from the Tanner one.

The post-analysis, you could do in Excel or whatever.

The key is to push what you know about mismatch,
process variation, etc. into that structure such that the
device level variations make sense and the circuit level
result is realistic. That wants data.

Thanks dick_freebird for your help,, it is really appreciated
