I am having troubles in running monte carlo simulation. I am using assura 035 technology.
I added msparam.scs into the model library like this:
figure1.PNG
I got a lot of errors like this: Parameter cj200 was previously defined.
I have already checked the msparam.scs and cmos53.scs. Each parameter was used only once.
I am so confused.... Does anybody know how to solve this problem.
many many thanks!

If your MC setup is correct (re. .scs file order), it is possible that some parameters get redefined (e.g. from the cap.scs file , capmc section). That shouldn't give an error message, just a notification or warning.

thanks for your reply.
In my case, it looks like every parameter in mcparam.scs get redefined...

I checked .scs files. For example, the first parameter cj200 in mcparam.scs only exists in cmos53.scs. I really have no ideal how i can solve it.....

May be these parameters already get defined by one of your SPECTRE setup files. Redefinition should be ok, if your .scs MC files order is correct. Just ignore these errors, they should be notifications only.

yes. i double checked it. they already get defined by my setup files.
Thanks a lot
