Hi, all,

I got this error when trying to do the mesh analysis in ADS momentum, I tried to compute mesh from 1hz to 1kHz


Extending substrate from RF frequency range to microwave frequency range.
ERROR: MomSDBmanager: internal error 7 -- bus error.

What could possible cause it?
