Can the momentum simulation results be better than the simulation result of the schematic?
 

What is "better" ? They can be different, in any direction.

Sure, that is possible.

But make sure the difference is not from using too simple model (e.g. lossless metal or lossless dielectric) in Momentum simulation.

Totally depends on the models which you have been using in schematic view.If they are realistic, the results will be closer otherwise there will be differences.
One thing more, while gaining in one specification, you may loose other(s) so the examination has to be carefully done in all way.
