I need to design a modulo-6 counter, based on a structure 7940. I've done a scheme and I was wondering is it okay? If it is wrong, what should I correct?

A link to my scheme:

Correcting your link **broken link removed**.

Your design decodes for 7 (0111) making it a modulo-8 counter (0-7 = 8 counts). Try decoding for 5 (0101) so count is 0-5. You will only need a 2 input gate now.
