[module wifi esp8266] Problem with led on the module

When i power up for the module, i see all led is turned on, and when i use realterm to test it, the data appears continiously (like the following images), i don't know why, please help me, thanks so much!!!!! P_20150829_095215.jpg2015-08-29_9-48-11.png
