can any one help me in BPSK and QPSK modulation over AWGN matlab code with the explanation related to each point.as i am beginner in using matlab and don't know these terms deeply.....so please help me.....

Are you trying to simulate bit error probability for each case? Or only basics? Or something else?
BPSK uses two points and QPSK uses 4 points each phase shifted.
Try wikipedia for starters :)

Also here is a very basic and understandable matlab code for BPSK case with in AWGN channel.
