i got solution regarding modscan.

modscan telnet mode not work correctly.

Can please explain what's the point of appending a 18 MB archive with a question related to a shareware which can be downloaded from the internet? Please explain, otherwise moderators will delete the attachment.

Regarding your question, I don't see that the old modscan version is supporting MODBUS TCP at all. You'll want to use a recent tool to test a MODBUS TCP device.
