Honestly, I don't see much change in this product since 1998. Just a few bug fixes and a coverage feature.
 

In additon it has SystemC, SystemVerilog, Cdebug, C and C++ interface.
 

yes, and godd simulation speed improvements.
 

Looks like MTI is boasting about advanced verification with 5.8.
